I set up adsense on my site a few weeks ago, and it was starting to generate some revenue. The way I had it set up was that it would display an ad at the beginning of every post. The site is http://www.maimed-kraken.com
If you look now, however, you'll see that the second and third posts on the page do not have an add, but are blank. I just noticed this yesterday. Anyone know what's up with it?

There is ad in both the second and third post.
sometime it depend on where you are (location) and when there is not enough advertiser you will see blank , but in other place they will see ads ...
It happens sometimes....something to do with Google's spidering for keywords for relevants ads to be displayed on your blog. I had that problem once. The only solution is to wait until ads start to appear again.
