Adsense Now Plugin Is a Scum

I just used a plugin Adsense Now.
Its A Scum Plugin. Author is trying to make people think adds are of users but in true adds are of authors.
I deactivated the plugin.
Guess what adds still shows up.
I reuploded the theme files but add still show up.
check
Please I need to know how to remove it
