[adsense-manager] how do you have ad open in new window when clicked (1 post)

    I'm using AdSense Manager 3.2.13 and have some google adsense ads in my sidebar. When you click on the add displayed, the new page replaces my site page. How can I get these google adsense ads to open in a new window?
