Im using Adsense Manager 3.3.3 on all of the blogs I have created for both me and various others. 4.0.1 has come out and asked to upgrade so I did. But right after the upgrade, all I get is :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::render_ad() in /homepages/18/d109531826/htdocs/minecraft/wp-content/plugins/adsense-manager/class-upgrade.php on line 26
And my only option I found was the just revert back to the older one. I tried it on all the other blogs and they are all having the same issue. Anyone else having this problem?
Hi Skettalee sorry you're having a problem upgrading. I'll have a look and see if I can figure out where it's going wrong - it's been a long time since I developed this, so bit of a steep re-learning curve.
Do you have database access and are you able to send through the ad data? It's in the wp_options table, with the key plugin_adsensem. With that I can duplicate your setup here and work out what is happening.

I'm having the same problem. I tried to upgrade the plug in and now I can't acces the admin area.

Delete the plugin from the FTP and then you will be able to access the admin interface.

Its not about accessing the admin interface, I keep backups and just revert to the previous version. I just want to know why the new update isn't working?
I'm sorry folks, I'm drawing a blank on why this is happening. It's worked fine on all the upgrades I've tested.

No worries man, we appreciate your time coding! Be waiting for the update ;-)
I've released version 4.0.2 which fixes the bug that what hitting Skettalee (and hopefully the rest of you).
It looked like some cruft left in the config from a long time ago. That's what you get for going back to develop something after a 2 year hiatus.
