• Hi Zack,

    Just noticed that Show Content Only is up for adoption.

    Because there are a few users of my plugin Easy FancyBox that are using your plugin and mine together to show posts in a lightbox, I’d like to volunteer to keep maintenance on Show Content Only alive.

    Please let me know if that is alright with you 🙂

    Kind regards,
    Rolf

    Hey @ravanh.

    The original plugin author has allowed me to take maintenance for this plugin and I’m actively working on updating and improving it. That said, if you would like to get involved with improving it, please let me know. Ongoing development is happening here on Github. Let me know what ideas you have there by logging issues or making pull requests and maybe we’ll be able to collaborate.

    Hi @brashrebel great to hear development is in good hands!

    I’ll take a look on the Github page and if I have anything to contribute you’ll be the first to know 😉

    One thought: what about allowing “pretty” URL requests like .../content-only/ alongside of .../?content-only=1? Most (proxy) server caching will not work on these kind of URLs.

    @ravanh,

    I really like that idea and will have to explore it. For now, I’m going to log it as an Issue/Feature Request on Github so that I can save it for the next iteration and then I can close this ticket. Thanks for the great suggestion!
