Hi. I am using wordpress 3.3.2. I created a user roll called content writer. basically they can do everything an admin can do. this 'content writer' can delete an admin's post but not update an admin's post even though i want them to do what an admin can do. the reason they are not an admin is that i'm hiding the backend elements for this user and using css via a plugin Adminize to hide certain parts of the page that would be distracting for this role. I will not update wordpress because i am using events manager and I'm afraid of what could happen. so user can update their own post, not another same roll user or above.
