I'm logged into my site as an administrator, and am in the Dashboard. There's a comment awaiting approval. When I click on "Comments" the page that comes up says "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." The address of that page is http://www.ballpoint.com/blog/wp-admin/admin.php?page=intensedebate
Any idea what's going on? Any way to fix it?
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

Thanks for the reply. The blog is already using the Twenty Eleven them, so that wasn't the issue.
The fix: deactivating the Intense Debate plug-in.
