I've just completed my first upgrade.
When I run wp-admin/upgrade.php it confirms that I have the latest version, however, in the admin panel it is still asking me to upgrade. I cleared my Firefox cache, not sure what to do next. Can someone please advise?

Did you try logging out of admin, clearing the cache, closing the browser, and then reopening it and checking?
Edit: Sorry, I hope that made sense. My brain seems to be a little crampy today.

yes, yes, yes, yes. And yes it did make sense.
I just tried clearing cookies etc as well and it still appears. And I'm guessing its the same reason I have the little orange bubble over on the right for Plugins with the number 6. Is that the number of plugins currently needed updating?
