admin stuff on the frontend

I’m rather reluctant to tune the admin dashboard utility, because that is only an utility. The main part of the plugin works with SQLite database. This seems to be a backend, but it is the main concern for me. If you think that utility affects the site response, you can remove sqlite-integration.php and the utilities directory altogether, without which the main part will work properly.

And there don’t seem to be any utility plugins yet, which help to make the database access method tuning easy.
