wordpress.com is not supported on these forums. This is for SELF hosted WP. Read http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more information on that :)
You need to go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/ for support
But your Admin dash is http://greeningtheunion.wordpress.com/wp-admin
