   I just recently had a very strange problem where all my permissions were changed arbitrarily on my host. WP was obviously affected (greatly) and I'm just now going in there and switching everything to 755 (what I assume is the right setting).

   Regardless, now that my WP-admin finally works, I'm having a few issues. I can't switch between Visual and HTML view on my write panel and I can't drag and drop widgets anymore. Does anyone know what file controls that functionality?

   It's been a week of problems and zero help from my host. Any help you can provide is appreciated.
