Ok,
Seems that it is moastly an Internet Explorer issue! In Firefox it works better, moast of the javascript anyway.
The simple sidebar naviagation widget does only open in ff and chrome but does not work when opened.

I solved the jquery thing by deleting and reinstalling the wp-includes/js folder. It still occures now and again though(that the panels don’t work). I solved the simple sidebar navigation issue as well with re-uploading. Now only stuck with tinymce advanced (plugin) not working properly and (possibly related) the mcImagemanager (plugin) not showing. It doesn’t seem to be a mater of re-uploading files this time though.
