admin panel redirecting after hack

All of my wordpress sites were hacked a while back, I have now replaced all of the files with the latest version. However, when I try to access the admin panel of one site it keeps redirecting to the ‘hacker’ site. Has anyone else had this issue and how did they get rid of it?
