   Hi!

   After a struggle, I finally managed to get WordPress 3.0 installed, however once I managed to finally log in to the Admin Panel I found that something was still wrong.

   The admin panel lacks any of the pictures and colours that I know it should have. It's not a major issue, per se, but with everything in black and white, it looks ugly and isn't particularly nice to use.

   Can anyone tell me what might be the cause of this. I've checked through my FTP diretory, and as far as I can see nothing is missing or has been tampered with (I only edited the config file). None of my old plugins are activated, so I'm not quite sure.

   is the wp-admin style.css present? if so, is it being called

   your host error logs could also give a clue
