    Have upgraded wordpress and in either version the radio buttons for the navigation choices on the admin page have disappeared. Looking at source code, the code for the radio buttons on the admin page have disappeared. We disabled plug ins didnt help.

    We dont know if this has translated to other problems because couldnt get super cache plug in to work. And it does work on a sister site that doesnt have this problem.

    The below code is missing
    <div id="navigation" class="postbox " >
    <div class="handlediv" title="Click to toggle">
    </div><h3 class='hndle'><span>Navigation</span></h3>
    <div class="inside">
    <input type="hidden" name="navigation_nonce" id="navigation_nonce" value="9408f8da86" /><table cellspacing="2" cellpadding="5" style="width: 100%;" class="form-table">
    <tbody>
    <tr><td colspan="2">

    <input type="radio" id="navigation_show_navigation_show" value="show" name="navigation[show_navigation]" class="check" checked/>
    <label class="selectit" for="navigation_show_navigation_show">
    Show In Navigation
    </label>

    <input type="radio" id="navigation_show_navigation_hide" value="hide" name="navigation[show_navigation]" class="check" />
    <label class="selectit" for="navigation_show_navigation_hide">
    Hide From Navigation
    </label>

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    - increasing the memory available to PHP?

    This did not solve the problem. Is there a way to put back the code for the radio buttons? WHat file would it be in?
