Admin Paging URLs

    After updating to version 2.3.1 on IIS. I can no longer page on the wp-admin/edit_comments.php and the edit.php. I am not sure what other pages are affected yet. For example the url to the second page to edit_comments.php looks like wordpress/wp-admin/?apage=2. Any suggestions?
