Admin page wiped out HELP!

This is what I see after login to admin page.

I renamed my theme folder then looked at blog. It just showed RRRRRRRRRRR across page nothing else. I thought it would go to default theme. I put folder name back and it looks ok but admin page is still bad.

I’m using atahualpa 2.5.3 theme, which I like a lot.
the only activity I did today was to log in earlier. create and save a post draft.
