admin not accessable post upgrade to 2.5

    I have upgraded WordPress before with no problems, but after upgrading to 2.5 when I try to access admin I get
    “You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first”
    I’ve cleared my bowser cache etc etc
    Please help anyone!

    I had that too. It helped me to delete the files in the admin and content folders and then uploaded the 2.5 files. I think that there are some files in 2.3 that are no longer used in 2.5 and they conflict or something.
