   I hope someone can help with this. I've written a post and for some reason my admin is no longer in the list of available authors for the post. I've logged out and back in, I've tried new posts, but my ID is no longer in the authors menu.

   How do I fix this?

   I'm also having this same problem. It's very frustrating. I always have to edit it in the database under wp_posts. Any ideas?

   Why isn't the admin user listed as an author when editing posts?
