I checked through the forums about setting up multiple blogs, and found answers to most of my questions. One thing that I'm still unsure off is the administration of these multiple blogs.

I understand that to have multiple blogs, you need to upload the files to separate sections for each blog, work, projects, etc, so does that mean that if I want to add/update/etc data I have a different admin login screen?

Also, my site will have a different sidebar for each section, so is multiple blogs the best way to go about to do this? Thanks.

  2. There are actually more ways of doing this and a few alternative program as well. Most of the alternative programs provide you with an interface that allows you to administrate all of the blogs. See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_Multiple_Blogs

Yeah I saw that page - which program would you recommend?

  4. WordPress MU: http://mu.wordpress.org/

Keep in mind that we do not support WordPress MU here. They have their own support forums located here: http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/

Yeah I saw that, thanks for the help macmanx.

I had a quick look throught that site and it seems to me that it is designed for a company/club/etc that has different sections that various people can manage. But is it suitable if I want to have different sections on my own website, and that I will manage them all?

  6. If you do want to keep those separate sections as separate blogs, then that's exactly what you're looking for.
