   I have installed wordpress over 200 times and I have never ran into this issue before.

   This is a completely fresh install of wordpress 3.3.1

   I have installed 3.3.1 on my server for 5 other sites with no issue, so I don't know why this is happening.

   I have installed, uninstalled, deleted the account from the server, recreated the account, reinstalled, uninstalled. Usually wordpress takes me about 30 minutes to setup, but I have spent 6 hours trying to figure out what is going on. Below is a links to a screenshot of the problem.

   If anyone has any advise I would appreciate it.

   Hi Josh,

   I didn't see any links on your post. Do you have a URL we can look at so we can look into this further for you?

   One thing I did notice is that this issue only shows up if you are logged in to the system.

   That is still a huge problem for me because most of my users will be registered.
