   I requested a new password, when i click on the link in the email to reset my password it takes me back to the new password request screen.

   I'm in a loop.

   If I re-enter my user name and email address in the screen for a second time i do not get a second email.

   can anyone give me some pointers?

   I've got the same issue. I wish I knew what you might have done to overcome your problem
