Admin interface looking odd!

All of a sudden my admin interface looks quite weird; it loads correctly but a few seconds after loading it “cramps together” like you can see in the screenshot.
At first I thought it might be som ‘a: hover’ setting being wrong but the wp-admin.css is just as it should be.
WP works fine but it quite annoying… Anyone who can help me?
