   Hi,

   The admin interface has 2 options to open an admin section like "pages", "settings" etc.

   - Click the title "Pages": page reloads, menu opens
   - Click the arrow right of "Pages": menu opens immediately

   How can I make the title click behave the same as the arrow click?

   Goal: Clicking "Settings" will open the settings menu without reloading the page.
