Admin File Sharing in clear structured directory tree

    Hello,
    I’m working on the Website http://www.calcuttarescue.ch . We are one of many support groups all over the world. This means a lot of documents, pictures, movies and so one, that we’d like to share only for these other support groups in an admin section of our website. There we’d like to build a clearly structured directory tree. where we as “superadmins” can put in the files and “normaladmins” like the UK support group, can download either the whole folder or just one file.

    Do you know any Plug-In like this or do you know how to build one?
