• Hello,

    I love the plugin, but the backend dashboard / admin panel for the plugin isn’t recording the data for transactions received. Also, thank you emails are not being sent.

    This is a conversation we started on your website’s comment thread. The last I heard you had sent me an updated version of the plugin that had logging enabled and I sent you back the log file(s) from a test transaction. Did you receive that?

    Sorry – this got lost in my inbox. The “Payment status = Pending” in the log you sent me is why it isn’t showing up as a donation – it won’t until that Payment status goes to Completed

    What payment method did you use on PayPal?
    Is the PayPal account you are trying to donate to Confirmed?
    Is “Payment Review” activated on the PayPal account you are trying to donate to? (This will make every donation sit in Pending until you manually approve it)
    Is “Block Payments in a Currency I do not accept” active on the PayPal account you are trying to donate to? (Seamless Donations only does USD right now)

    Hi,
    This same problem is happening for me. I’ve looked at all of the points mentioned above and they all seem to be fine.

    All donations are confirmed on the Paypal end, Payment review not activated, and Block Payments is not active. The donations are going through & being received, but there is no confirmation in the backend or via Thank You emails.

    The log displays:
    IPN processing start
    Ticket transaction started
    Name: TEST TEST
    Amount: 20

    and that’s as far as it goes. Any ideas why this might be happening ?

    Hmmm… I am not sure, but I will take a look – I am changing how that part of the plugin works – and will keep you posted.
