Admin changes cannnot be saved JS error

    I tried previous as well as recent version of the plugin
    Problem in configuring:
    After trying to Save nothing is saved.
    sharethis setting page loads back (url appended with &with corousel element now shown vertically
    JS error shown is Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘$’ of object [object Object] is not a function wp_st_opt.js:50
    I tried replacing all $ with jQuery in this file but that also doesnt work
