Admin cannot login

I’ve successfully upgraded to WP 2.8, for just about 2 weeks I didn’t get any problem.
This morning I just drag some of my widget from Side Bar One to Side Bar Two. But When I visit my homepage blog, all my posts are gone. It said “Sorry the post has been removed”. After then when I back to admin panel I couldn’t login. My password, my user and my email was rejected.

I login to my cpanel and all is still the same. My email, user but password is encrypted.
So if the password has changed, how can I got the new one, even WP didn’t recognize my admin email.
Anybody help me please …
