    Hello,

I started to get this error today: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

I am logged in as the only admin on the blog, and I can see all the records, just cannot get into any settings or modify the alerts.

What fields should I modify in MySQL to clear this up?
Any known user role plugins that may cause the issue?

    David

    Hi David,

Thanks for showing interest in our plugin and sorry to hear you are encountering issues.

To start off with, you mentioned “I started getting this error today”.

Do you mean that everything was working before and now it stopped? It it is such a case, can you check what happened since the last time you were able to access the settings page? Maybe you installed another plugin, or changed something in WordPress?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
