   hi, i want to make my "custom" admin bar sitewide, i've added the custom code on my functions.php's theme, all is ok but the bar isn't sitewide any help for this?

   i've WPMS 3.1.2

   Don;t put it in your theme's functions.php file. If someone's not using that theme, then it will not work.

   Put the custom code in mu-plugins.
