Admin Bar Secondary Menu Options Disappeared

    Hello,

    I’ve upgraded to WP 3.6 and the admin bar drop down secondary menu options have disappeared when viewing pages whether you’re logged on or off.

    The WP logo secondary drop down menu however, still appears when you are viewing a post (whether logged on or off).

    Where can I go to change it back to 3.5 settings? I actually prefer it that way.
