I have three ?css? issues. I am trying to migrate a site to wordpress and am super frustrated. This is probably more due to my inexperience with css than anything. This is a page template that contains all the data for a blank page. ~I have much to learn! Thanks!

    1) The admin bar takes up space but is hidden, just causing an empty space up top. I want it to show, what causes this?

    2) My "content" section is not following the css... I have put the css in directly in the div tag and it still doesn't have an effect.

    3) My "footer_bg" section also ignores the css. It doesn't show the background I have for it (a slice of 25 px that I want to repeat across the top of the footer).

Issue 1 Solved: I needed to add wp_footer() just before the closing footer tag.
