I set this up to only show the admin bar when Admins and Editors are logged in, but it is removing the admin bar from the site regardless of wh is logged in.

I am using WP Supercache. Don't know if that has an effect.

    I take it back.

The issue is this: users can have multiple roles. At least, with some plugins they can. For example, I use BackWPUp. It creates a role called BackWPup Admin. I had unchecked this as a role that sees the admin bar, and this took precedence over the fact that Administrator has the admin bar enabled.

Perhaps a note that revoking access to the admin bar takes precedence over granting access on user who possess multiple WP roles, as well as printing the roles of the current user, as many folks will have no idea what roles the superuser possesses.
