Admin Bar Default for Dashboard Viewers (1 post)

I've looked around quite a bit and haven't found an answer to this one. How can I make the Admin Bar always show up by default for logged in users viewing the dashboard. I made it default for anyone viewing the site, but I need it just for logged in users.

I know that they can choose to see it or not, but their first time in the Dashboard they might get a little lost and not know to just click on the site's title at the top of the page.

Secondly, does anyone know how to remove the "Log Out" selection in the admin bar profile submenu. I've created my own log out link as a custom menu link so that it's visible. I don't want users to have to look for it under their avatar in that submenu so I've created a custom link, but now it's in two places. Anyone know how to remove it from the submenu? I've seen how to do this with other submenu links but not this particular link.

    Thanks!
