   Up until yesterday I was able to log in to my admin account. Then, for whatever reason, I got the message that I'm using an invalid username. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

   Hi curiousgardener,

   Have you tried using the "Lost your password" link? You can also view your database with phpMyAdmin, view your wp_users table and see what your user_login is.

   Hope this helps!

   Thanks for that, ChristiNi. Unfortunately it's not a forgotten password problem. It keeps telling me I'm using an invalid username.

   However, your tip on checking via phpMyAdmin helped. The user login there had been changed. Must have been hacked.

   Hi, I am having the same problem, but not totally sure how to use the phpMyadmin. I have the File Zilla client. I am hoping that is the same thing or i can find it in there?
