   Hi there,

   I am new to wordpress, have just installed the "Spectrum" theme and I have a couple of questions.

   Firstly, it says "Spectrum" at the top. Obviously I would like to change this to my own logo. I have done in to code part (editor?) and can see the file called "logo.png". If I replace this with my own file, where do I put my own file? I mean, do I upload it somewhere?

   Secondly, in the settings, I chose the format I wanted for the date - but the theme seemed to disregard it. Again I went in to the editor, but even when I change the order or the .month .day things.. the date format doesn't seem to change in the theme.

   Lastly, down the right hand side, there is a "search" bar and "categories" section etc.. BUT when I look in "widgets" in my control panel, there are no widgets chosen in "sidebar 1"

   If anyone can help me on any of these issues I would be very grateful.

   logo goes in /wp-content/themes/spectrum/

   or you can upload it to your media library
   and change 'header.php'in same theme folder which is where it asks for the picture.

   date is set inside the themes code so you change it there....
   if you look in single.php or page.php youll see the date line...
   change the order there...

   sidebar is set in sidebar.php...
   you can add widgets but those things are hard coded which you can also remove.
