Adhesive plugin and pingbacks

    I apologize if this has been posted before, but I could not find any mention of it.

    I was troubleshooting the fact that my blog install (2.0.5) was not recognizing pingbacks, including from my own site. Trackbacks were fine.

    After deactivating/testing/reactivating my plugins, I discovered that the Adhesive (sticky post) plugin from Owen Winkler was interfering with pingback recognition. Simply deactivating it solved my problems.

    I’ve not investigated to see what the cause might be. Maybe someone has an idea.
