Address style drop down menu

I understand “0” coding. Fortunately I’ve found VFB, that way I don’t have to deal with it. Now I’ve hit a speedbump. I’m trying to make a dynamic dropdown in a form (not even sure if dynamic is the right word). Basically like when you enter an address.

1- country
2- state/prefecture
3- city

Exactly the same, except I’m working with

1- manufacturer
2- product type
3- product

Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, I’m not sure what WP version I have.
