Address issue

I have a wordpress website installed on my server (through Installatron on the control panel), http://www.peregianoriginals.com/ if I put this URL in the address bar the address bar shows http://www.peregianoriginals.com/
If I click on any link on the website eg HOME, the address changes to http://balimountainretreat.com/peregianoriginals/
Bali Mountain retreat is the primary website on my server.
Can anyone help me in changing the URL by removing balimountainretreat.com ?
I have tried a couple of suggestions and the site disappears.
