    Hi,

I tried searching for this issue, but I am not entirely sure what to search for.

I have a blog in a subdirectory through my main site. I registered a domain name for that blog: superbarracuda.com

I changed the settings in the wp admin to reflect this change, but still wish for the old way to reach the blog nerdcomics.com/superbarracuda to work.

Right now, if you punch nerdcomics.com/superbarracuda into the navigator, it says "no posts match your query"

How do I get that particular URL, since it's linked in places, to point to the the blog as normal?

    Thanks!

    Don't ever mess with those!
They have to point exactly where your WP install is - not to fantasy locations.

But if I don't, then the redirect gets foiled.

    I need both nerdcomics.com/superbarracuda and superbarracuda.com to work :\

I set up the addon domain to point to it, but it gets foiled by WP settings. How do I fix this?

Any ideas? I still can't figure this out :\

I bought the domain for a friend's site I'm hosting and wanted to surprise her with it:<

WP doesn't work with settings like that. You can have only ONE URL in the Settings > General.

Any suggestions on how to create a fluid change to the new domain? Are there URL redirect plugins I can use?
