Additional Form in post-new.php ?

can any1 help me out? i want an additional form in the post-new.php below the Title & Post forms…
links should be pasted in this FORM and worpress should show those links below the article clickable & numarized…like this:

Content: this is the whole content blubb

is this possible? thx
