Adding widgets to sidebar in WP 3.8.1

    I am using WP 3.8.1 beta
    After upgrading, I am not able to add the widgets to the sidebar. Click & drag is functioning like text select hence not able to drag the required widget to the side bar.
    This looks to be the regression in 3.8.1 beta . please let me know if there is any workaround to this issue.

    The issue is resolved after disabling the accessibility mode option in screen option for widgets page

    yes but screnn options dont appear … i press the button but it does not open. Any ideas here
