Adding Twitter button and tweets to my WordPress site

I’m having such a headache tonight, trying to get a Twitter link to my WordPress site.

I’ve searched the internet for an hour, then I came here to the forum where there are like hundreds of posts that didn’t work for me.

What I was trying to do originally, was just add a Twitter button to my WordPress site, but after all the articles I’ve read, I would also like to show my current tweets in the sidebar.

Like I said, I HAVE read many instructional articles on this, but the instructions don’t work for me, or they just say “use the Twitter widget”…and I don’t HAVE a twitter widget. Here’s my site:
