   I'm trying to figure out how to add a small toolbar on top of the header section.

   If you see http://www.newsgator.com - see the top of their page where they have watch videos, find resources, contact us, and their phone # - I'd like to implement this into wordpress. Currently, I'm using Pagelines Platform Pro theme (if that matters) (running it locally on my computer now). I have no idea where to start, or if a Plug-in will do the trick, etc.

   Any help is greatly appreciated.
