We have recently altered the templates for our WordPress site, and as a result, whenever we try to add a Tag Cloud Widget to the Sidebar of the template, it results in the entire page not displaying, resulting in an HTTP 504 exception.
Can anyone suggest what could be causing this? Where would we start in identifying the problem?
When we delete the Tag Could Widget, the page immediately starts working again.
