Adding tabs to USER's dashboard

I would highly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to add tabs, or pages, or options to a user’s dashboard.

As you can see, there is nothing available other than a profile tab. I would like to add my own tabs, and I would be more than grateful if anyone could assist me, even a little bit.

I’m completely new to wordpress, and I apologize if there are already any topics regarding to something this. Please direct me to it if there is. If not, please try to give me any assistance you possibly can.
