   I'm not a coder, so please forgive my lack of technical knowledge.
   I've customized an Arras theme with the expectation of being able to use the subscribe (to receive email posts) widget that's found on most wordpress sites I've seen.

   however, no such subscription widget is among the available widgets.

   How come?
   And how can I get it for this theme?
   Or do I have to start over with a theme that includes this functionality?

   Does this have anything to do with the fact that my site is hosted by go daddy rather than wordpress?
