    Quick question..
As I shall be moderating comments before they go up (yes, I've been hit by the spammers), what file do I need to edit, so that below the "Leave A Comment" text, I can add some additional text saying "Before going up, all comments are viewed by the editor before going up to stop spammers using this site"
I assume there is one file that once changed will apply to all time "Leave A Comment" appears.
    thanks!

    This is assuming 1.2.x
Login to you wp admin area, click on Templates in the top menu.
In the second section, there's a spot where you can enter a file name to edit. What you want is just below that in the "Common Files" section. Click the link to "Comments" (or "Popup Comments" if you are using said popups). That will load the comments file into the template editor there. Scrolling through the text, you should be able to find here to stick the text you want into it.

    Hi there
I did that and followed the instructions but now I get this error if someone tries to post
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: phprequire() in /home/virtual/site36/fst/var/www/html/wp-comments-post.php on line 1
    All I changed was this:

Please be aware the the editor may remove comments which are not keeping in the spirit of the site. Offensive postings/spam is not acceptable. Comment moderation may be in use, which means your posting will be read by a human before appering.

    <input name="submit" type="submit" tabindex="5" value="<?php _e("Say it!"); ?>" />
    Any idea?

If you use what I posted in the link above, your comments will only show the statement regarding moderation when, in fact, they are being moderated.
