First of all, excuse me for my problably blantantly stupid question, but i am all new to what i want to do here. Please bear with me for a minute....

On my blog i want to add two things that involves adding html code into one or more pages. It´s Creeper, a small and simple "watchdog" that shows what swedish authorities visits my blog, and the other one is the well known Sitemeter. My question is, in what wordpress files do i add this html code? And where in the file? I´m running off my own server so i´ve got full control over all the files.

The best place is usually in the footer so it loads last. I would paste it into the code just before the </body> tag in the footer.php file.
