    http://www.encouragehealthyhabits.com/
    this site

it is already linked in the sidebar under Meta section
    "entries rss"
    "comments rss"

if not this site, add the meta widget to the sidebar
    dashboard - appearance - widgets

on encouragehealthyhabits.com i click on entries rss and its apage of code/content...not what I had in mind and on thetechgadet.com, there's no right sidebar at all. Should I rollback to wp 2.9?

on dashboard, there isn't any links/button for appearance whatsoever...

Your feed is just a stream of data designed to be interpreted and displayed by feed readers like Google Reader or RSSOwl. What you see is correct.

As for thetechgadget.com, go to Appearance/Widgets and enable a few widgets, like the Meta widget.

for thetechgadet.com there isn't any appearance or plugins. Do I ask the host (Bluehost) to enable them?

You have to be logged in to your blog as an Administrator. Bluehost won't be able to help you with that.

Apparently, you are not an administrator. Is there another user ranked higher than you on this blog?
